Jake Seary

Working across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Jake supports the identification, assessment and representation of high calibre talent for clients who expect more than a transactional recruitment process. His approach is measured, commercially aware and focused on ensuring every introduction is backed by sound judgement, context and genuine alignment.

Having developed his recruitment career in the UK market, Jake brings a disciplined approach to candidate engagement and a strong understanding of the role representation plays in shaping successful appointments. He understands that the best outcomes are rarely driven by a CV alone, but by understanding the person behind it, their capability, character, motivations and circumstances.

That philosophy aligns closely with the Whitefox belief that every person has a story. Jake takes the time to understand that story properly, giving clients greater clarity around the people they are considering and giving candidates the confidence that they are being represented with care, accuracy and intent.

At Whitefox, Jake contributes to a search process designed to be sharper, more personal and more accountable, helping businesses across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales make better people decisions with confidence.
