Luke Hemmings

Founder and Managing Director

Luke Hemmings leads Whitefox Recruitment with a principal-led approach shaped by judgement, commercial understanding and a clear commitment to representing people properly. A multi-award-winning recruiter, he works closely with businesses across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland, advising on key appointments and helping shape the teams behind long-term growth.

Before founding Whitefox Recruitment, Luke built an early career in Australian media with national broadcasters including Channel 7 and Southern Cross Austereo. His time in the industry sharpened his strengths in communication, positioning and commercial instinct, qualities that now underpin his considered and relationship-led approach to search.

Since establishing the firm in 2019, Luke has led Whitefox through significant growth and change, including its strategic relocation to Queensland in 2023. In a short period, he built the business into one of the Gold Coast’s most recognised, reviewed and awarded names in recruitment.

Luke’s professional outlook is grounded in resilience, discipline and consistency. Whether navigating complexity in business or broader market conditions, his approach remains measured, commercially focused and committed to delivering outcomes that last.
