KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a residential property portfolio with professionalism and strong attention to detail

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, trades, and internal stakeholders

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, arrears, inspections, renewals, rent reviews, and compliance

• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to clients and tenants

• Support and mentor junior team members where required

• Ensure all property management activity meets Queensland legislation and agency standards

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and portfolio performance

• Work closely with leadership to maintain a positive, high-performing team culture

• Manage competing priorities calmly and effectively in a busy environment

• Represent the agency with professionalism, discretion, and strong local market knowledge

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager in residential real estate

• Strong understanding of Queensland property management legislation and compliance

• Confident managing a portfolio with minimal supervision

• Excellent communicator who builds trust with landlords, tenants, trades, and the team

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

• Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

• Strong attention to detail across inspections, notices, maintenance, arrears, and documentation

• Takes ownership of outcomes and contributes positively to a close-knit team

• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for quality property management

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate required

• Current driver’s licence required

• Experience with common property management systems highly regarded
