This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of a fast-growing national conveyancing firm and join a professional, energetic team based in Coolangatta.
Our client is a growing national conveyancing firm focused on delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the property transaction journey. With continued growth across Australia, they are looking for a confident, personable, and highly organised Client Services Officer to join their Coolangatta team.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Officer will be one of the first points of contact for prospective and existing clients and referral partners, taking ownership of enquiries, preparing quotes, following up opportunities, and helping ensure every interaction with the firm is professional, responsive, and seamless.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage incoming phone, email, and website enquiries from prospective and existing clients
Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for the firm
Prepare and issue quotes for new conveyancing matters accurately and efficiently
Clearly explain the conveyancing process and next steps to prospective clients
Follow up enquiries and leads to support new client conversion
Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Liaise closely with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information
Provide high-quality administrative and client services support across the business
Respond to client questions professionally and ensure enquiries are directed or escalated appropriately
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the initial stages of their engagement
Support the Client Services Manager and broader team with day-to-day operational requirements
Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
Represent the firm professionally in every client interaction
ABOUT YOU
2+ years’ experience in client services, administration, customer service, professional services, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident speaking with clients over the phone and building rapport quickly
Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple enquiries, tasks, and competing priorities effectively
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction
Professional, polished, personable, and approachable
Strong administrative skills with confidence working across systems and client records
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with a broad range of clients and stakeholders
Collaborative team player who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment
Resilient, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing changing priorities
Previous experience within legal, conveyancing, property, real estate, or professional services will be highly regarded
