Our client operates at the premium end of the market, with an established brand, high-performing agents, and a clear focus on strengthening its position across the broader prestige property landscape. The Brand & Marketing Manager will play a critical role in taking that brand presence, campaign execution, and marketing performance to the next level.
Reporting into senior leadership, this role is about more than managing marketing activity. It is about leading a small, dynamic team, lifting campaign quality, driving brand consistency, supporting agent performance, and ensuring every marketing touchpoint reflects the standard expected of a market-leading luxury real estate business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced marketer who understands brand, performance, content, social, digital, print, EDM, customer data, and campaign delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a small, dynamic marketing team to drive quality, output, and accountability
Drive brand and marketing activity that elevates our client as a leading luxury real estate brand
Manage day-to-day delivery of multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, social, EDM, content, and brand
Take ownership of social media, content, and distribution strategy across the broader marketing mix
Lead editorial and campaign planning across listings, agent features, market commentary, recruitment, and community storytelling
Work closely with agents to support their individual marketing strategies, personal brand development, and campaign execution
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external brand advisors on broader brand strategy, campaign direction, and major brand moments
Leverage customer data, leads, digital performance, and CX insights to sharpen marketing decisions and improve outcomes
Maintain brand consistency, quality control, and presentation standards across all marketing outputs
Manage external partners including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and production suppliers
Monitor marketing performance, interpret campaign insights, and use data to drive continuous improvement
Support broader business growth through marketing initiatives that connect directly to commercial outcomes
ABOUT YOU
Senior marketing experience across the full marketing ecosystem, including traditional, digital, brand, content, and campaign execution
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and drive performance through a marketing team
Proven track record delivering brand, content, and campaign work that contributes to measurable business outcomes
Strong social media and content fluency, with a clear understanding of where the space is heading
Strong data instinct with the ability to interpret leads, customer data, digital footprint, and campaign performance
Commercially sharp with the ability to connect marketing decisions to revenue, brand equity, and business growth
Confident managing external creative partners, agencies, photographers, videographers, and production suppliers
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence agents, senior stakeholders, leadership, and external partners
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
Strategic thinker and hands-on operator who can move between brand direction and execution without losing quality
Understanding of how AI is reshaping marketing and the ability to bring it into ideation, workflow, and delivery
Real estate or property experience preferred, though experience in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or another premium category will be highly regarded
