Coceptive has been recognised Finalists by the Australian Small Business Champion Awards, in two prestigious categories at the Awards night in Sydney on Friday.
On the 2nd of September 2022, the Coceptive team were honoured to attend the Australian Small Business Champion Awards at Star in Sydney. The evening is always a highlight of the Australian small business calendar, with MC Peter Overton saying the event recognises the best, bravest, and brightest work across the industry.
Our Canberra based recruitment agency was proud to share the stage with the industry’s most outstanding achievers across more than 50 categories. Coceptive Group was honoured to be recognised Finalists for ‘Best Recruitment Agency in Australia’. With the cherry on top coming with Director, Luke Hemmings, being recognised as Finalist for Australian Small Business Youth Entrepreneur.
“It was only two- and a-bit years ago when our agency made an unorthodox entry into the recruitment arena and since then through determination and courage, we have made our brand a household name in the Canberra market.
Our vision is to become the industry benchmark for recruitment. We’ve proven geography, age diversity and market conditions are no barrier to our growth and expansion.
I think everything that we’ve achieved over the last few years is testament to that.
This all happens because of the culture but most importantly, I think at the core of it we will remain a family boutique recruitment business and I’m very much looking forward to the future ahead” says Luke.
